Moov’with Manutan x Libu: The Story of a Successful Partnership
Supporting and guiding younger generations engaged in entrepreneurship is an integral part of Manutan’s role as a company. This is why we created the “Moov’with Manutan” support programme in collaboration with Moovjee (the Movement for Young and Student Entrepreneurs).
In a joint video interview, Manon Loustau, founder of Libu and former programme awardee, and Antoine Compin, Managing Director of Manutan France and Iberia and programme sponsor, look back on the journey of the Bordeaux‑based start-up. Their story highlights the concrete impact this programme has had on the company’s growth.
Libu: Innovation Serving Workplace Quality of Life
Founded in 2019 by Manon Loustau and Tinou Seguin, Libu develops circadian lighting solutions designed to improve employee well‑being, health and performance.
This lighting evolves throughout the day, just like natural sunlight, providing the right light at the right time. The technology is designed for office environments, but also for people working in shifts.
The young start‑up relies on 100% French manufacturing. These lighting systems, which can easily be installed in any work environment, also generate an average of 60% energy savings.

Moov’with Manutan: A True Business Accelerator
As a programme laureate, Manon Loustau benefited from tailored support to accelerate her development in the B2B market. At a key moment of the company’s growth, the challenge was to structure the business and scale up.
For one year, she was guided by three Manutan experts: Nathalie Cara, Head of Workplace Environment for the Manutan Group; Fabrice Gicquère, Customer Relations Director at Manutan France; and Philippe Mallard, Managing Director of the Collectivities Division. She benefited from their diverse expertise as well as their networks, both inside and outside the company.
She recounts: “It gave me key insights to approach the market. It also helped me plan the next steps, particularly beginning a fundraising process. After the programme, we raised one million euros.”
For the sponsors, it was also an enriching experience, both personally and professionally. “Thank you Manon, thank you for challenging us and asking the right questions. It was a shared pleasure,” concludes Antoine Compin, also a Moov’with Manutan sponsor, who had several exchanges with Manon and her team as an expert.
Through this programme, the Manutan Group continues its commitment to supporting impact‑driven entrepreneurs and co‑building a sustainable and responsible B2B model. The story of Libu is a perfect illustration of this ambition: encouraging useful and responsible innovation.
