Installation Project Manager
Casal Sport

Audrey Morel embodies internal mobility at Casal Sport, the French leader in the distribution of sports equipment and a subsidiary of the Manutan Group. From sales assistant to installation project manager, she has seized opportunities, developed her skills and progressed in an environment she is passionate about.

What has your journey at Casal Sport been like?

I joined Casal Sport in 2011 as a sales assistant at the Paris branch. Over the years, my responsibilities expanded: responding to tenders, overseeing sports projects, preparing complex quotations, and then moving into an internal sales role.

I learned a great deal thanks to product training and customer delight programmes. And six months ago, I took a new step forward by joining the team responsible for installation services.

What are your responsibilities today?

I manage all sports installation projects (excluding multi-sport pitches) in the Île-de-France region. Depending on their scale, projects can last from three weeks to six months. I coordinate them from start to finish: client relations, supplier orders, delivery scheduling, and contractor follow-up.

It’s a role that requires meticulous organisation and strong anticipation skills. By acting as the link between all stakeholders, I ensure installations are smooth, efficient and fully aligned with client expectations.

Which achievements are you particularly proud of?

It’s the most complex projects that really motivate me! I’m thinking in particular of installations in custodial environments, where constraints are extremely strict, as well as tenders won with strategic clients. When guidelines are precise and the stakes are high, I enjoy pushing myself.

What do you enjoy most about your day-to-day work?

The team spirit, without a doubt! Whether with my manager, the installation management team or the Paris sales teams, we move forward together, in complete trust. Whatever the unexpected challenges, we know we can rely on one another. That sense of solidarity makes all the difference.

What advice would you give to a future talent at Manutan?

I’d say don’t hesitate to take the plunge! You benefit from supportive guidance, good working conditions and an environment where you can grow with confidence. There are real opportunities for internal mobility—whether to change roles, professions… or even subsidiaries! I’ve been here for fifteen years, and that’s no coincidence.

At Manutan, we want to offer our employees the very best environment for growth and development. That’s also what entrepreneurship for a better world means. To join our company and unlock your potential, explore our job opportunities.
