Kiese Mawawa tells us how she progressed from a part-time work and study programme to the position of Customer Voice project manager at Manutan France, on video.

Arriving in September 2014 as an intern, Kiese soon improved her skills through the assignments she was given and the vocational and personal development training she had the opportunity to follow.

Within the six years of the Customer Voice department, she remembers a flagship project she led in collaboration with her manager. It was the tone of voice awareness programme that aimed to review all written and oral interaction with customers. This was a formative experience for Kiese which embodied the company's values: customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
