Manutan, certified as "Happy Trainees France 2024"!

For the fourth consecutive year, the Manutan Group has received the "Happy Trainees France 2024" certification awarded by ChooseMyCompany. This is the result of an extensive survey conducted last June among our interns and apprentices working in our French subsidiaries (Manutan France, Manutan Collectivités, and Les Papeteries Pichon). Through this initiative, our main goal is to enhance the experience of our young talents and support them in their development.

Every year, ChooseMyCompany highlights companies that take care of their interns and apprentices through its HappyIndex®Trainees ranking. This involves a comprehensive evaluation process covering the reception, support, and management of young recruits.

In this edition, the Manutan Group once again secures the Happy Trainees France certification with an overall rating of 3.96/5. We stand out, particularly in the relationships between young talents and their mentors, the organization of work, and the CSR dimension. In these areas, our results surpass the industry average (Commerce/Distribution/Trade).
