Manutan, an e-commerce specialist in the distribution of equipment and supplies to businesses and communities, announces the recruitment of 130 employees to support its growth and assist its clients in their development strategies.

After more than 300 recruitments in 2022 and 2023, Manutan, a French ETI (Intermediate-sized company) with 1,200 employees in France, continues its recruitment strategy to achieve its development ambitions.

Recruitment goals are distributed as follows:

  • 100 positions to be filled by the end of 2024, and 30 apprenticeship contracts at its European headquarters.
  • Among the main expertise sought, IT, digital, and data represent 40% of the positions, and sales forces represent 28%.

Yannick Caprais Loustau, HR Director of Manutan France, states, "Our recruitment strategy reflects the evolution of our activity, mainly linked to the growing importance of e-commerce in our distribution model and the digital investments it implies." He adds, "By joining Manutan, our employees have the opportunity to accompany the transformation of the BtoB sector and our ecosystem towards a more sustainable model, while benefiting from real opportunities for advancement. Moreover, they join a growing European Group that offers many structuring projects in which everyone is invited to participate."
