A day to celebrate innovation

Every year, the Manutan Group organises an emblematic event dedicated to innovation: Newness. For the Group's 25 subsidiaries and 2,500 European employees, the aim is to showcase bold, innovative projects, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction.  

Run by and for employees, Newness is an integral part of our communication rituals. For one day, the business experts present the flagship projects that have been implemented within their departments. Reflecting our culture, this event emphasises exchange, simplicity and continuous improvement.  

This new edition features a wealth of news: 

  • Our own brands, real strategic assets: Manutan EXPERT, Ikatex, Ikasorb, Casal Sport, GES, Pichon and Kruizinga.nl  
  • Our responsible offer, comprising a selection of products bearing environmental labels and/or made from at least 25% recycled and/or second-hand or reconditioned materials, a second-hand offer, a collection and reuse service. In addition, we display an environmental impact score for over 30,000 products. 
  • Our remuneration and social benefits policy, based on clear principles for the whole Group, with, for French employees, the availability of their Bilan Social Individuel. 
  • A/B testing to continually optimise our websites and user experience, based on a 100% data-centric approach. 
  • Generative AI tools dedicated to our day-to-day work to increase efficiency, productivity and creativity, within a secure framework.
