Manutan Wins the Gold Trophy at the “Victoires du Capital Humain”

On Tuesday, November 28th 2023, Manutan was awarded the Gold Trophy at the 10th edition of the Human Capital Victories. The European leader in BtoB e-commerce excels in the "Care HR" category, which rewards the commitment of a Human Resources Department to actions aimed at combating psycho-social risks and strengthening the company's quality of life and working conditions policy. This award applauds a project that is particularly close to our hearts, titled Warehouse Satisfaction Plan.

At Manutan, we aim to ensure a fulfilling and unique employee experience for everyone in all our subsidiaries. In the era of hybrid work, this represents a real challenge given the specificities of each job, especially with people who work constantly on-site.

That's why we launched a project, which aims to improve the experience of all our warehouse employees. We have implemented a collective and common approach across our 10 European warehouses, which involves addressing the main issues reported by the field.

The jury particularly appreciated our participative and coherent approach with targeted actions, as well as the strong commitment of our employees.
